To solve the problem in which there is no known technique for efficiently performing building monitoring in an environment including a plurality of different monitoring systems for remotely monitoring a plurality of facilities in a building.SOLUTION: A monitoring terminal receives status information indicating a facility status for each of one or more other building facilities in addition to an elevator, and transmits it to a monitoring server connected to a first monitoring system for monitoring the elevator through a dedicated communication line. The monitoring server is connected to one or more second monitoring systems for monitoring one or more building facilities other than the elevator via one or more communication lines different from a dedicated communication line. When a failure condition occurs in any of the above one or more building facilities, the monitoring server, for each of the one or more monitoring systems corresponding to the building facilities, identifies a notification method corresponding to the monitoring system and transmits a notification according to the failure information to the monitoring system according to the identified notification method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】一つの建物内の複数の設備を遠隔監視する異なる複数の監視システムが存在する環境において建物監視を効率的に行う技術は知られていない。【解決手段】監視端末が、エレベーターの他にそれ以外の一つ以上の建物設備の各々についても設備状態を示す状態情報を受信し専用通信回線を介して、エレベーターを監視する第一の監視システムに接続された監視サーバに送信する。監視サーバに、エレベーター以外の一つ以上の建物設備を監視する一つ以上の第二の監視システムが、専用通信回線と異なる一つ以上の通信回線を介して接続される。故障状態が上記一つ以上の建物設備のいずれかで生じている場合、監視サーバは、当該建物設備に対応した一つ以上の監視システムの各々について、当該監視システムに対応した通報方式を特定し、当該故障情報に従う通報を、当該監視システムに、前記特定した通報方式に従い伝送する。【選択図】図1
