To provide a suspension device which can adjust a vehicle height in a short time.SOLUTION: A suspension device includes: a shock absorber in which a piston rod is stored in an outer cylinder in an advancing/retreating manner; a spring seat that is fixed to the outer periphery of the outer cylinder and has a vehicle height determined by the interval with the vehicle body; a coil spring which is arranged so as to surround the outer periphery of the piston rod and is supported by the spring seat; a first magnet fixed to the vehicle body; and a second magnet which is supported by the coil spring and is arranged so as to face and repel the first magnet, in which the magnetic force of at least one of the first magnet and the second magnet can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
