PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce friction in an air spring chamber of a suspension device, and to secure the air tightness of the air spring chamber.SOLUTION: A first front fork (11A) comprises: an outer tube (21); an inner tube (31); a rod (51) having a vehicle-body side male screw part (51P) fixed to the outer tube (21), and an axle-side male screw part (51J) inserted into the inner tube (31); a rod guide (52) which is arranged at a vehicle body side rather than the axle-side male screw part (51J) in the inner tube (31), and penetrated with the rod (51); and a first diaphragm (61) and a second diaphragm (71) having flexibility, and arranged in the inner tube (31).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
