To efficiently reduce the temperature of a traveling circuit of an electric vehicle provided with a charging relay in a junction box.SOLUTION: When a positive electrode traveling circuit temperature or a negative electrode traveling circuit temperature inside a junction box 1 reaches a threshold level or higher that is considered to require heat release, a positive electrode quick charging relay 17 or a negative electrode quick charging relay 18, for example, is turned on. Accordingly, the heat of a positive electrode traveling circuit 6 or a negative electrode traveling circuit 7 is transferred to a positive electrode quick charging circuit 13 or a negative electrode quick charging circuit 14, and further, heat is also transferred to external wiring material forward thereof, so that heat is released therefrom, and thereby, the positive electrode traveling circuit 6 or the negative electrode traveling circuit 7 is quickly cooled. At this point, by turning on only one of the positive electrode quick charging relay 17 and the negative electrode quick charging relay 18, a short circuit can be surely avoided between a positive electrode external connection terminal 11 and a negative electrode external connection terminal 12 that are connected to the charging circuits 13 and 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】充電リレーをジャンクションボックス内に備えた電動車両の走行用回路の温度を効率よく低減する。【解決手段】ジャンクションボックス1内の正極走行用回路温度又は負極走行用回路温度が、放熱が必要と考えられる閾値以上になると例えば正極急速充電リレー17又は負極急速充電リレー18がオンされるので、正極走行用回路6又は負極走行用回路7の熱は、正極急速充電用回路13又は負極急速充電用回路14へと伝わり、更に、その先方の外部配線材にも伝熱して、それらの部分から放熱され、これにより正極走行用回路6又は負極走行用回路7が速やかに冷却される。その際、正極急速充電リレー17及び負極急速充電リレー18の何れか一方のみをオンとすることにより、充電用回路13、14に接続される正極外部接続端子11と負極外部接続端子12との間の短絡を確実に回避することができる。【選択図】図7
