To facilitate taper machining and to improve machining accuracy.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a structure using a composite comprises a tapered process for forming a first tapered surface 6c on a first stiffener 6 in an uncured state, a bending process for bending a second surface 6b so that the second surface 6b is inside, a placement process for placing the first stiffener 6 and the skin 2 in a predetermined position, a vacuum suction process for vacuuming the first stiffener 6 and the skin 2, and a joining process for hardening the first stiffener 6 and joining the first stiffener 6 and the skin 2. In the tapered process, the first tapered surface 6c and the second surface 6b are tapered so that the angle between them is an acute angle. In the vacuum suction process, the vacuum suction is performed so as to deform the first stiffener 6 so that the first tapered surface 6c is in contact with the skin 2 and the second tapered surface 6d is formed on the second surface 6b, while maintaining the state of contact between the first surface 6a and the skin 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】テーパ加工を容易化し、加工精度を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】複合体を用いた構造体の製造方法は、未硬化状態の第1スティフナ6に対して、第1テーパ面6cを形成するテーパ加工工程と、第2面6bが内側となるように曲げ加工を施す曲げ加工工程と、第1スティフナ6とスキン2とを所定の位置に配置する配置工程と、第1スティフナ6及びスキン2を真空吸引する真空吸引工程と、第1スティフナ6を硬化させ、第1スティフナ6とスキン2とを接合する接合工程と、を備えている。テーパ加工工程では、第1テーパ面6cと第2面6bとが為す角度が鋭角になるようにテーパ加工を施す。真空吸引工程では、第1面6aとスキン2との接触状態を維持しつつ、第1テーパ面6cがスキン2と接触させるとともに、第2テーパ面6dが第2面6bに形成されるように第1スティフナ6を変形させるように真空吸引を行う。【選択図】図2
