To easily construct a constitution for grounding the static electricity of a shaft of a vehicle-use retractable-type visual recognition device.SOLUTION: A harness 42 connects an electric component mounted on a vehicle-use retractable-type visual recognition device to a terminal of a vehicle body side. The harness 42 has a conductor 55 for grounding static electricity. The conductor 55 for grounding static electricity has a power-receiving body 64, and a power transmission line 54. The power receiving body 64 is arranged on an outer periphery of a midway place in a longitudinal direction of the harness 42. The power transmission line 54 is arranged so as to transmit a high voltage current of the static electricity received by the power-receiving body 64 to at least one wire 48, 50 arranged on the harness 42. The harness 42 is inserted into a centrum of a shaft of the vehicle-use retractable-type visual recognition device. The place, in which the power receiving body 64 of the harness 42 is placed, is arranged in the centrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
