PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the abrasion of gears by devising the arrangement of worms when using the two-line worms in a power transmission mechanism of a vehicular electrically retractable visual recognition device.SOLUTION: A vehicular electrically retractable visual recognition device includes: a rotation part 16b which is mounted with a visual recognition device body; a rotation support part 24 which supports the rotation part 16b in a manner being capable of rotating in the circumference direction of a prescribed rotational shaft 18 with respect to a vehicle body; and an electric drive mechanism 11 which electrically rotates and drives the rotation part 16b in the circumference direction of the rotational shaft 18 to displace it between the storage position and the expansion position. The electric drive mechanism 11 includes: a motor 76; and a power transmission mechanism 20 which transmits the driving force of the motor 76 to the rotation part 16b and rotates the rotation part 16b in the circumference direction of the rotational shaft 18. The power transmission mechanism 20 includes two-line worms 52, and one or more motor-side worms 80 arranged on the motor 76 side with respect to the two-line worms 52.
