To suppress a cost by using a device that enables an autonomously movable mobile body to move to a desired position by visual line guidance of a user, and that is to be used especially in a safety driving support radio system.SOLUTION: A mobile body guidance system includes: a pedestrian terminal which is possessed by a pedestrian being a user of a vehicle, exchanges information with an on-vehicle terminal so as to determine danger of collision, and warns the pedestrian; the on-vehicle terminal which exchanges information with the pedestrian terminal, so as to determine danger of collision, and allows an automatic driving ECU to perform control to avoid collision; and a wearable terminal which is to be mounted on a body of a user, so as to detect a gazing state of a user. The pedestrian terminal acquires position information of a gazing point of a user from the wearable terminal as position information of a target point, and transmits position information of the target point to the on-vehicle terminal. The on-vehicle terminal controls the automatic driving ECU to allow an own device to move to a target point on the basis of position information of a target point received from the pedestrian terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
