To provide a technique by which a high air conditioning efficiency can be achieved even when a remaining power amount of a battery is not sufficient.SOLUTION: A vehicle air conditioning system comprises: a planned travel route acquisition part for acquiring a planned travel route of a vehicle; and an air conditioning plan setting part which, when a remaining power amount of a battery is not sufficient to operate an air conditioning device through all sections of the planned travel route, sets operation sections to operate the air conditioning device with a power consumption which maximizes an air conditioning efficiency and non-operation sections to stop the air conditioning device in the planned travel route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
