To eliminate the risk that in a pre-air-conditioning before starting a vehicle, even if an air conditioner is activated, a vehicle interior temperature cannot be adjusted before a user instructs to stop the device or in a preset time.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control system comprises a starting time predicting part that predicts a starting time of a vehicle. The air-conditioning control system comprises an air-conditioning condition calculating part that calculates an operation time and operation output at which a temperature of a vehicle interior can be set to a prescribed target temperature. Further the air-conditioning control system comprises an air-conditioning starting time determining part that determines an operation starting time of an air-conditioner. The air-conditioning condition calculating part calculates the operation time and the operation output at which the temperature of the vehicle interior can be set to the prescribed target temperature.     【課題】車両の出発前の事前空調において、空調装置が起動しても、ユーザによって停止の指令がされるまで、またはあらかじめ設定された時間内に、車両の室内温度を目標温度に調整できない虞がある。【解決手段】空調制御システムは、車両の出発時刻を予測する出発時刻を予測する出発時刻予測部を備えている。また、空調制御システムは、車両の室内温度をあらかじめ設定された目標温度にすることができる運転時間及び運転出力を算出する空調条件算出部を備えている。さらに、空調制御システムは、空調装置の運転開始時刻を決定する空調開始時刻決定部を備えている。そして、空調条件算出部は、車両の室内温度をあらかじめ設定された目標温度にすることができる運転時間及び運転出力を算出する。また、空調開始時刻決定部は、出発時刻よりも運転時間前の時刻を、運転開始時刻として決定する。【選択図】図2
