To provide a risk determination method which can accurately determine a degree of risk.SOLUTION: A risk determination method includes steps of: acquiring moving body information in which accompanying information showing a present point of a moving body 105 is associated with a present point image showing a surrounding situation of the moving body 105 at the present point; and determining a degree of risk corresponding to the present point based on similarity between the present point image included in the moving body information and a risky point image included in one or more pieces of risk occurrence information stored in a risk occurrence information management part 202 when risk occurrence information corresponding to the present point shown by the accompanying information included in the moving body information is not stored in the risk occurrence information management part 202 and risk occurrence information corresponding to a point except the present point is stored in the risk occurrence information management part 202.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
