To suppress the sense of busyness or slowness in a travel scene with a high travel load of a driver while suppressing deterioration of drivability in a travel scene where the driver likes to travel leisurely.SOLUTION: In a case where a driver travel load is high, a given disengagement condition is set at a condition under which uphill shift control is harder to be returned to normal shift control compared to the case of the load being low, and therefore, in a case where the driver travel load is considered to be low so that the driver may want to travel leisurely, a limit against a high-side simulation gear stage can easily be lifted in the case of being determined to be not traveling uphill. Further, in a case where the driver travel load is high, the limit against the high-side simulation gear is hard to be lifted. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the sense of busyness or slowness in a travel scene with a high driver travel load while suppressing deterioration in drivability in a travel scene in which the driver wants to travel leisurely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】運転者がゆったりと走りたいような走行シーンでのドライバビリティの悪化を抑制しつつ、運転者の走行負荷が高いような走行シーンでのビジー感やもたつき感の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】ドライバ走行負荷が高いときには低いときと比べて所定の解除条件が登降坂変速制御から通常の変速制御に復帰し難い条件に設定されるので、ドライバ走行負荷が低く運転者がゆったりと走行したいと考えられるときは、坂路走行時でないと判定された場合に速やかにハイ側の模擬ギヤ段の制限が解除され易くされる。又、ドライバ走行負荷が高いときは、坂路走行時でないと判定された場合にハイ側の模擬ギヤ段の制限が解除され難くされる。よって、運転者がゆったりと走りたいような走行シーンでのドライバビリティの悪化を抑制しつつ、ドライバ走行負荷が高いような走行シーンでのビジー感やもたつき感の発生を抑制することができる。【選択図】図9
