To provide a vehicular clutch unit capable of suppressing rotation of an output shaft member in a state in which operational force is not applied to an operation lever while maintaining light operational feeling of the operation lever.SOLUTION: A vehicular clutch unit includes: an output side inner ring member; an output side outer ring member; an output side roller; and a roller release member. An operation direction of an operation lever is defined as a forward direction. N+3 (N is natural number) wedge-shaped spaces which become narrow in an opposite direction of the forward direction are defined as a first wedge-shaped space. N+3 wedge-shaped spaces which become narrow toward the forward direction are defined as a second wedge-shaped space. Each of the first wedge-shaped space and the second wedge-shaped space is provided with 1 or more and N or less high friction rollers and at least three low friction rollers. When the operation lever is rotated in the forward direction, the high friction roller is released from a press-contact state between the output side inner ring member and the output side outer ring member by the roller release member earlier than the low friction roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
