To make it possible to perform a driving control according to a stress state actually felt by an occupant.SOLUTION: Provided is a driving control adjustment device 100 used for a driving control system DC which performs at least one driving control of driving support and automatic driving of a vehicle CR. The driving control adjustment device 100 comprises: a biological information acquisition unit 10 that acquires a biological signal of an occupant of the vehicle; a state determination unit 20 that determines a state of the occupant based on the biological signal acquired by the biological information acquisition unit; a feedback receiving unit 40 that receives a feedback from the occupant regarding the state determined by the state determination unit; and a determination correcting unit 30 that corrects a determination criterion of the state determination unit based on the feedback received by the feedback receiving unit. By correcting the determination criterion for determining the state of the occupant based on the feedback of the occupant, the driving control can be performed according to the stress actually felt by the occupant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
