To provide a control valve capable of holding a valve element at a predetermined position with a simple structure, and a control valve device and a vehicle body tilting device, which have the control valves.SOLUTION: A valve element 40 of a control valve 10 is moved vertically. In the valve element 40, there are formed: a command pressure-receiving surface 50 that is directed downward to face a command chamber 13; a first pressure-receiving surface 51 that is directed downward to face an air introduction chamber 14 and has a smaller area than the area of the command pressure-receiving surface 50; a second pressure-receiving surface 52 that is directed upward opposite to the first pressure-receiving surface 51, faces a back pressure side chamber 15, and has an area that is smaller than the area of the command pressure-receiving surface 50 and larger than the area of the first pressure-receiving surface 51; and an inner flow passage 54 that connects the first pressure-receiving surface 51 with the second pressure-receiving surface 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
