To obtain a structure which can easily align a notch part of a shaft and an attachment hole of a clamp member, and can prevent that a female spline part of the clamp member is serration-engaged with an end part of a male spline of the shaft at a base end side.SOLUTION: A resin snap ring 41 is locked to a lock groove 40 of an inner shaft 29, and an end face of a clamp member 30 is made to abut on an end face of a protrusion 44 of the snap ring 41, thus regulating a position of the clamp member 30 in an axial direction with respect to the inner shaft 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
