To provide a tire state determination system, a tire state determination program, a tire state detection device and a tire which can determine a state in which run-flat travelling is possible, more appropriately.SOLUTION: A tire state detection device 110 of a tire state determination system 100 includes an inner pressure sensor 111 that detects inner pressure of a tire, and a gas sensor 113 that detects odorous gas, generated in an inner space of a tire, which is caused by a failure or decomposition of rubber caused by heat generation of members constituting the tire. A processing device 120 comprises a tire state determination part 125 that determines whether or not the tire can run under a state the inner pressure drops, on the basis of data on the inner pressure detected by the inner pressure sensor 111 and data on odor detected by the gas sensor 113.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
