To solve the following problem: Conventionally, image data imaged from a running vehicle is not taken into consideration; therefore, a transmission bandwidth of image data cannot be deleted.SOLUTION: It is assumed that a radar 4 installed on a running vehicle 10 detects a far three-dimensional object at a distance d1 [m] in a direction of an angle θ1 at a time point T. The vehicle 10 travels at a vehicle velocity Y [km/h] and hence it is estimated that a camera 3 will capture a far three-dimensional object at a position of an angle φ1 or a distance d2 [m] at a time point T+ΔT. Therefore, if a control section 2 previously requests the camera 3 that the camera 3 will segment the image at the angle φ1 or the distance d2 [m] at the time point T+ΔT, the camera 3 transfers a total image and a high-resolution image with only a corresponding partial image segmented to the control section 2 when the time pint T+ΔT is reached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】走行する車両から撮像された画像データは考慮されておらず、画像データの伝送帯域を削減することができない。【解決手段】走行している車両10に搭載されているレーダ4が時刻Tにおいて、距離d1[m]、角度θ1の方向で何らかの遠方立体物を検知したとする。車両10は、自車速Y[km/h]で進むので、カメラ3は、時刻T+ΔTで、角度φ1、または距離d2[m]の位置で遠方立体物を捉えられると予測される。その為、カメラ3に事前にT+ΔTの時刻に、角度φ1、または距離d2[m]の画像を切り出すよう制御部2からカメラ3に要求を出しておくと、カメラ3はT+ΔTの時刻になったときに、全体画像と該当の部分画像のみを切出した高解像度画像とを制御部2に転送する。【選択図】図2
