To realize the operation of an elevator with high degrees of customer satisfaction at a low cost.SOLUTION: Field getting on/off data including the number of persons who got on an elevator in the past is generated. Persons who will appear at a landing hall of the elevator are virtually generated to simulate the operation of the elevator based on the number of virtually-generated persons so that virtual getting on/off data including the number of persons getting on the elevator is generated. A first conversion model converting the virtual getting on/off data before a certain time into the number of persons generated after the certain time and a second conversion model converting virtual getting on/off data after the certain time into the number of persons generated before the certain time are generated based on the number of persons and the virtual getting on/off data. A prediction model for predicting the number of persons generated after the certain time from the number of persons generated before the certain time is learned based on the number of person converted by the second conversion model. The number of persons generated after the certain time is predicted from the field getting on/off data before the certain time by using the first conversion model and the prediction model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
