To provide a method for molding a composite material structure which uses a honeycomb core, has high quality, is inexpensive and has less residual of voids; and a method for molding a composite material which uses a honeycomb core, is inexpensive, and can suppress dimple of a composite material skin.SOLUTION: A method for molding a composite material structure includes covering an uncured composite material honeycomb sandwich panel in which a prepreg is laminated on upper and lower surfaces of a honeycomb core via an adhesive with a vacuum bag and arranging the panel in an autoclave, then vacuuming the vacuum bag, heating and pressurizing the vacuum bag by the autoclave while continuing the vacuuming, and curing a matrix resin of the prepreg and bonding the resin to the honeycomb core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ハニカムコアを用い、高品質かつ低コストでボイドの残存が少ない複合材構造体の成形方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、ハニカムコアを用い、低コストで複合材スキンのディンプルを抑制できる複合材構造体の成形方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の複合材構造体の成形方法では、ハニカムコアの上下面に接着剤を介してプリプレグが積層された未硬化の複合材ハニカムサンドイッチパネルを真空バックで覆い、オートクレーブ内に配置した後、真空バック内を真空引きし、該真空引きを継続しながら、オートクレーブにより加熱・加圧して、プリプレグのマトリックス樹脂の硬化およびハニカムコアへの接着を行う。【選択図】図1
