According to a method for molding a composite material structure of the present disclosure, an uncured composite material honeycomb sandwich panel in which prepreg is laminated on upper andlower surfaces of a honeycomb core via an adhesive is covered with a vacuum bag and placed in an autoclave. After that, the vacuum bag is evacuated and, while the evacuation is being continued, is heated and pressurized by the autoclave to cure a matrix resin of the prepreg and achieve adhesion to the honeycomb core.

    本发明的目的在于提供一种使用蜂窝芯材,高品质低成本且孔隙的残留少的复合材料结构体的成型方法。本发明的目的在于提供一种使用蜂窝芯材,能够以低成本抑制复合材料蒙皮的凹部的复合材料结构体的成型方法。在本发明的复合材料结构体的成型方法中,将在蜂窝芯材的上下表面上经由粘接剂层叠有半固化片的未固化的复合材料蜂窝夹层板用真空袋覆盖并配置于高压釜内后,对真空袋内进行真空抽取,一边继续该真空抽取一边通过高压釜进行加热/加压,从而进行半固化片的基质树脂的固化及对蜂窝芯材的粘接。
