To provide an energy self-supporting type marine drone for survey and monitoring of AI based marine information.SOLUTION: A marine situation monitoring method executed by a marine vessel system targeting sea water and fresh water includes: a step for taking in a predesignated constant amount of the sea water or the fresh water; a step for carrying out high level water treatment with taken in sea water or fresh water as object; a step for carrying out a water electrolysis process with water acquired by the high level water treatment as object; a step for generating electric energy by using fuel cells on the basis of hydrogen acquired from the water by the water electrolysis process; and a step for supplying the generated electric energy as power for the marine vessel system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a
