To prevent spring vent marks of a pneumatic tire prepared with a die from being noticeable while acquiring discharge performance of air during vulcanization-molding according to a tire vulcanizing die where a discharge passage of a spring vent is communicated to a saw-cut.SOLUTION: A tire vulcanizing die 10 is provided with a groove-shaped saw-cut 20 on a molding surface 17, and a vent hole 19 that is opened to the molding surface 17 so as to be communicated thereto; and a spring vent 25 engaged into the vent hole 19. The spring vent 25 comprises a cylindrical housing 30 having a discharge passage 26 inside, and a stem 40 having a valve body 41 for opening/closing the discharge passage 26 at an end portion by being inserted thereto. According to the housing 30, a housing top face 35 is positioned on a molding surface 17 side of a groove bottom face 20a of the saw-cut 20, and a cut 36 for communicating the discharge passage 26 and the saw-cut 20 to the housing top face 35 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ソーカットにスプリングベントの排気通路が連通したタイヤ加硫金型において加硫成形時における空気の排出性能を確保しつつ、この金型により製造される空気入りタイヤにおけるスプリングベント痕を目立ち難くする。【解決手段】タイヤ加硫金型10は、成形面17に溝状のソーカット20とこれに連通するように成形面17に開口したベント孔19とが形成されており、ベント孔19にスプリングベント25が嵌め込まれている。スプリングベント25は、排気通路26を内部に有する円筒状のハウジング30と、これに挿入されて排気通路26を開閉する弁体41を端部に有するステム40とを備え、ハウジング30は、ハウジング頂面35が、ソーカット20の溝底面20aよりも成形面17側に位置しており、ハウジング頂面35に排気通路26とソーカット20とを連通する切れ込み36が形成されている。【選択図】図3
