To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing the generation of bare, a tire vulcanizing mold, and a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire (1) includes a lateral groove (20) that has a groove bottom surface (21) extending in a direction intersecting a tire circumferential direction, and a protrusion (30) that is provided on the groove bottom surface (21), and extends in a direction in which the groove bottom surface (21) extends. The protrusion (30) includes a body portion (31), and a bulge portion (32) that is provided at an end portion at least on one side in a longitudinal direction of the body portion (31) and is formed so as to increase height from the groove bottom surface (21) from the outside to the inside in the longitudinal direction of the body portion (31). The bulge portion (32) is formed with at least one vent trace (33b, 34b) that is a trace of a vent on a tire vulcanizing mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
