To provide an equipment temperature controller capable of reducing abnormal sound caused by blow-up of liquid working fluid by air bubbles and rupture of air bubbles.SOLUTION: An equipment temperature controller 1 includes a heat exchanger 12 for equipment in which working fluid evaporates by absorption of heat from a battery pack BP, and a condenser 14 where the evaporated working fluid is cooled and condensed, and is provided with a fluid circuit 10 for equipment constituting a thermosiphon type heat pipe where the working fluid moves between the heat exchanger 12 for the equipment and the condenser 14, and a subdividing structure 20 disposed inside the fluid circuit 10 for the equipment for subdividing air bubbles in the liquid working fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
