To more stably control a temperature of target equipment.SOLUTION: An equipment temperature controller comprises a plurality of coolers 14, a condenser 16, an outgoing pipe 21 and a return pipe 22. The plurality of coolers 14 each has an inflow port 141 introducing, into an internal space of a body 143, working fluid flowing in the outgoing pipe 21, and a discharge port 142 discharging, to the return pipe 22, the working fluid evaporated in the body 143. The outgoing pipe 21 is arranged so that at least a part of liquid passage 21a formed by the outgoing pipe 21 is positioned higher than the inflow port 141 of the plurality of coolers 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
