To perform control not to vary output voltage even if a load fluctuates so as to achieve rotation for obtaining compactness, high efficiency and stability in a motor for a single or a plurality of actuators of a hybrid electric work vehicle, and receive advantages and compensate disadvantages of an existing hydraulic work vehicle.SOLUTION: Control is performed not to vary output voltage even if a load fluctuates so as to stably rotate high voltage driven inverter and three-phase motor to use a traveling battery of a hybrid electric work vehicle for driving a plurality of actuators.
