To achieve both light weight and impact resistance of a center pillar while restricting a cost increase.SOLUTION: A center pillar inner 20 comprises: an inner member 21 having: an opening 21a serving as a mounting part for a seat belt retractor; and a side sill mounting part 21b serving as a mounting part for a side sill 30; and a CFRP member 22 joined to a surface of the inner member 21.
