To provide a balance for the center of gravity adjustment capable of handling a condition with a low lifting height of a suspended load and moreover of easily performing a fine adjustment of a balancing.SOLUTION: A balance for the center of gravity adjustment consists of a first balance rod 1 suspended on a crane 2, a pair of chain blocks 3a, 3b for a balance weight attached at intervals to one end of the first balance rod 1 in the longitudinal direction of the first balance rod 1, and of the balance weight 4 suspended by suspension hooks 5 of a pair of the chain blocks 3a, 3b for the balance weight via a suspension jig 6.
