The invention provides a self-lifting gravity center adjustment type traffic light, which comprises a vertical column, a cross rod and display lamps, wherein the vertical column is vertically fixed on the ground, and the cross rod is horizontally placed relative to the vertical column; an upper cross section and a lower cross section of the vertical column are identical in shape and size, the cross rod and the vertical column are assembled in an up-and-down sliding mode, and the cross rod and the vertical column are fixed through a horizontal supporting bar; the cross rod is divided into two ends by connection of the vertical column, one end of the cross rod is provided with the display lamps, the other end of the cross rod is provided with a counterweight block, the counterweight block is internally provided with a cavity, and the cavity is internally loaded with granular counterweight sand. The traffic light provided by the invention can be independently installed in a split mode relative to a traditional traffic light, and the installation difficulty is reduced. Meanwhile, the counterweight sand is used to carry out counterweight on balance of the cross rod, thereby being capable of enabling the gravity center to fall on the vertical direction of the vertical column perfectly, enabling the whole frame to be more stable, and being not easy to fall.
