To provide a vehicular brake device capable of improving accuracy in completion determination in shortening control for shortening a sliding time of a closing rane of a spool.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a pilot pressure control part 8 for executing normal control for controlling pilot pressure in response to a target value of servo-pressure and shortening control for enlarging a variation per unit time of the pilot pressure more than a variation per unit time of the pilot pressure by the normal control in the mutually different timing, a state determination part 172 for determining a state of master pistons 12c and 12d on hysteresis of the master pistons 12c and 12d on sliding resistance on the basis of a detection result of a servo-pressure detection part 26a or fluid pressure correlating to servo-pressure and a control switching part 173 for completing the shortening control on the basis of the detection result of the servo-pressure detection part 26a and a determination result of the state determination part 172.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】スプールの閉鎖範囲の摺動時間を短縮させる短縮制御において、終了判定の精度を向上させることができる車両用制動装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、サーボ圧の目標値に応じてパイロット圧を制御する通常制御と、前記通常制御による前記パイロット圧の単位時間あたりの変化量よりも前記パイロット圧の単位時間当たりの変化量を大きくする短縮制御を、互いに異なるタイミングで実行するパイロット圧制御部8と、サーボ圧検出部26aの検出結果又はサーボ圧に相関する液圧に基づき、摺動抵抗についてのマスタピストン12c、12dのヒステリシスに関して、マスタピストン12c、12dの状態を判定する状態判定部172と、サーボ圧検出部26aの検出結果及び状態判定部172の判定結果に基づいて、短縮制御を終了させる制御切り替え部173と、を備える。【選択図】図2
