To provide an information acquisition device capable of effectively utilizing radio resources.SOLUTION: An autonomously moving mobile body 1 includes an information acquisition device 2 comprising: a wide area communication unit 21 for performing wide area radio communication; a short-range communication unit 22 for performing short-range radio communication; a determination unit 23 that determines whether the own mobile body is a cluster head or a cluster member of a cluster constituted by a plurality of mobile bodies 1 close to each other and, when the own mobile body is a cluster head, receives from a communication intensity determination unit 42 a result of determining whether or not the own mobile body can continue being a cluster head to perform continuation determination; and an information management unit 24 that via an AP/base station communication unit 41, receives and stores information from an information server 3, transmits the stored information to a mobile body 1, a cluster member, via the short-range communication unit 22 in response to a request from the mobile body 1, the cluster member, and when the own mobile body is a cluster member, requests information managed by the information server 3 from a mobile body 1, a cluster head, to receive the information via the short-range communication unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】無線リソースを有効利用できる情報取得装置を提供する。【解決手段】自律移動する移動体1の情報取得装置2は、広域の無線通信を行う広域通信部21と、近距離の無線通信を行う近距離通信部22と、近接する複数の移動体1によって構成されるクラスタで自身がクラスタヘッドかクラスタメンバかを判断し、自身がクラスタヘッドである場合には、通信強度判定部42から自身がクラスタヘッドを継続可能かの判定結果を受け取り継続判断する判断部23と、AP/基地局通信部41を介して情報サーバ3から情報を受信して保存し、クラスタメンバの移動体1からの要求に応じて、保存している情報を近距離通信部22を介してクラスタメンバの移動体1に送信し、自身がクラスタメンバである場合には、情報サーバ3で管理されている情報を、クラスタヘッドの移動体1に要求し、近距離通信部22を介して受信する情報管理部24とを備える。【選択図】図2
