To provide a guidance device which, when some facility is set as a destination by a user, provides guidance taking into account the attractiveness of the facility and a congestion time in which the user would be caught before reaching the facility.SOLUTION: A guidance device 1 comprises: a facility preservation unit for preserving a facility; an attractiveness setting unit for specifying the attractiveness of the preserved facility; a congestion time computation unit for referring to the congestion information of a road and computing an access real time required for reaching the facility from a prescribed location, computing an access standard time required for reaching the facility from the prescribed location without referring to the congestion information of the road, and computing a congestion time that is the difference between the former and the latter; and recommendation creation unit for creating a recommendation to the user on the basis of the specified attractiveness and the computed congestion time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
