To get a large energization force suitable for a work vehicle by a return spring, get a large and also easily shorten time required for the engagement work at a frictional engagement device for the work vehicle.SOLUTION: A piston 26 is pushed by hydraulic pressure in an oil chamber 45 toward an engagement position. A first return spring 27 contacts to the piston to energize the piston from an engagement position to a waiting position toward a releasing position. The waiting position is a position between the releasing position and the engaging position. A second return spring 28a contacts to the piston in a range from the engagement position to the releasing position to energize the piston toward the releasing position. A central axis of the first return spring is arranged to be coincided with a central axis of a revolving shaft 21. A central axis of the second return spring is arranged to be coincided with the central axis of the revolving shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
