To provide a control apparatus for a human-powered driving vehicle, which can improve convenience of an operation of a constitution part of the human-powered driving vehicle.SOLUTION: A control apparatus is used for a human-powered driving vehicle that comprises a first constitution part capable of rotating, and a second constitution part different from the first constitution part. The control apparatus includes a detection part that detects at least one of a rotation phase position, a rotation amount and a rotational direction of the first constitution part, and a control part that changes security setting of the second constitution part depending on detection information of the detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
