To respond to a situation where an automatically driven vehicle cannot be stopped when a destination is reached by automatic driving.SOLUTION: In S10, information relating to an occupant is detected. More specifically, detection is made to see whether a driver is onboard and whether there is an occupant other than the driver. When there is at least one occupant, information relating to parking and stopping with regard to the occupant. Information relating to parking and stopping refers to information that indicates whether or not conforming to a requirement that could affect the allowability of parking or stopping. Then in S20, a right relating to parking and stopping is set on the basis of information pertaining to the detected occupant. Then in S100, a captured image is recognized and detection processing for determining whether it is actually possible to park or stop is executed thereby. Then in S30, determination is made of whether the result of detection by the detection processing is that parking is possible.     【課題】自動運転によって目的地に到達した場合に、自動運転車を停止させることができない事態に対処すること。【解決手段】S10として、乗員に関する情報を検出する。具体的には、ドライバが乗っているか、及びドライバ以外の乗員がいるかを検出する。少なくとも1人の乗員がいる場合、その乗員について、駐停車に関する情報を検出する。駐停車に関する情報とは、駐停車の可否に影響し得る要件に合致するかを示す情報のことである。次にS20に進み、検出した乗員の情報に基づき、駐停車に関する権限を設定する。次にS100に進み、撮像画像を認識することで、実際に駐車または停車ができるか判定するために検出処理を実行する。次にS30に進み、検出処理による検出結果が駐車可能であるかを判定する。駐車が可能でない場合、S200に進み、目的地を変更するために、変更処理を実行する。【選択図】図2
