To provide a heat-insulation coating composition that has a high heat-resistance and heat-insulation property and can save space of a heat insulation structure around a high-temperature heat source and that can form a heat-insulation structure with high productivity.SOLUTION: A heat-insulation coating composition containing a hollow particle and a silicone resin is applied to the inner wall surface of a tunnel of a floor panel main body 21 that forms a floor tunnel 40, to form a heat-insulation layer 10 comprising a heat-insulation coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
