To obtain a steady installation state to a water bottom.SOLUTION: A mooring anchor device 11 fixing a base end part 13a of a mooring cable 13 under the water surface includes: an anchor material 31 which is installed on a water bottom 14 and to which the mooring cable 13 is fixed; and a guide material 51 which is fixed to a position separated from the anchor material 31 on the water bottom 14 and has a retaining part 52 for inserting and retaining the mooring cable 13 so as to be movable. A pile part 32 to be driven in the water bottom 14 is formed on the anchor material 31. In the anchor material 31, an inclined support material 33 to be buried in the water bottom 14 by being extended in a direction where the guide material 51 is positioned in the water bottom 14 and obliquely downward is formed and stretched so as to resist a tensile force acting horizontally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】水底への強固な設置状態を得られるようにする。【解決手段】係留索13の基端部13aを水面下に固定する係留アンカー装置11において、水底14に設置されて係留索13が固定されるアンカー材31と、水底14におけるアンカー材31から離れた位置に固定されて係留索13を移動可能に挿通保持する保持部52を有するガイド材51を備える。アンカー材31には、水底14に打ち込まれる杭部32を形成する。またアンカー材31には、水底14におけるガイド材51が位置する方向で且つ斜め下に向けて延びて水底14に埋められる傾斜支持材33を形成して、水平に作用する引っ張力に突っ張って抵抗する。【選択図】図7
