To provide a technique capable of increasing power generation amount more in a water level installation frame of a solar power generation panel to install the solar power generation panel with double-sided light receiving surfaces on the water.SOLUTION: A water level installation frame of a solar power generation panel comprises a buoyant body floating on the water surface and a frame part for installing the solar power generation panel, the frame part supports the solar power generation panel so that at least a part of a back side face of the solar power generation panel is exposed, and a light reflection part is formed on a top face of the buoyant body so that the reflected sunlight enters on the back side face of the solar power generation panel by reflecting the irradiated sunlight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】両面を受光面とする太陽光発電パネルを水上に設置するための太陽光発電パネルの水上設置用架台において、発電量をより増加させることが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】太陽光発電パネルの水上設置用架台は、水面に浮く浮力体と、浮力体よりも上方の位置において太陽光発電パネルを設置する架台部と、を備え、架台部は、太陽光発電パネルの裏側面の少なくとも一部が露出するように、太陽光発電パネルを支持し、浮力体の上面には、照射された太陽光を反射することで太陽光発電パネルの裏側面に太陽光の反射光を入光させる光反射部が形成されている。【選択図】図2
