PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs by using two molding dies when manufacturing a solar panel installation float frame.SOLUTION: A first molding die 17A molds a float 10 and a standing support part 11, and includes a gap part E along bridge parts 15A and 15B. A second molding die 17B has such a shape as to fill the gap part E along the bridge parts 15A and 15B, and is capable of molding the bridge parts 15A and 15B together with the first molding die 17A. This makes it possible to separately produce structures having different shapes depending on whether to use the second molding die during manufacturing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】太陽光パネル設置用浮き架台を製造する際に2つの成形型を使用して、製造コストの削減を図る。【解決手段】第1成形型17Aは、フロート10と立設支持部11を成形すると共に、ブリッジ部15A、15Bに沿った隙間部Eを有し、第2成形型17Bは、ブリッジ部15A、15Bに沿った隙間部Eを埋めるような形状であり、第1成形型17Aと共に、ブリッジ部15A、15Bを成形することが出来る。これにより、製造時に第2成形型を使用するかしないかの違いだけで、形状の違う構造物を作り分けることができる。【選択図】図8
