To provide a door lock switch incorrect operation prevention mechanism which can prevent incorrect operation of a lock switch caused by interference of an occupant's body during a collision.SOLUTION: A door lock switch incorrect operation prevention mechanism includes an airbag 11 which is disposed at an interior of a door trim 22 provided with a door lock switch 3 and inflated and deployed by a gas jetted from an inflator 12 during a vehicle collision. The door trim has a fragile part 6 which breaks to allow the airbag to deploy during the collision near the door lock switch. The fragile part is disposed avoiding an area above the door lock switch in a side view of a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】衝突時に乗員の身体が干渉することによるロックスイッチの誤操作をなくすことが可能なドアロックスイッチ誤操作防止機構を提供する。【解決手段】ドアロックスイッチ3が設けられたドアトリム22の内部に配置され、車両の衝突時にインフレータ12より噴出するガスにより膨張展開されるエアバッグ11を備える。ドアトリムは、衝突時に破断してエアバッグが展開する脆弱部6をドアロックスイッチの近傍に有する。脆弱部は、車両の側面視においてドアロックスイッチの上方を避けて配置されている。【選択図】 図2
