To execute charging of a battery with high power without generating an over current state in the battery also when executing a temperature adjustment of the battery and the charging of the battery at the same time.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle charger 30 that performs power conversion of electric power supplied from an external power supply S in a charging circuit 31 and supplies the electric power to a battery 41 and a battery temperature adjustment device 43 in parallel, comprises a control device 32 that controls an output current of the charging circuit 31 so as to be close to a total of an allowance of the charging current of the battery 41 at each point of time during the execution of the charging and a consumption current of the battery temperature adjustment device 43 when executing a temperature adjustment of the battery 41 and the charging of the battery 41 by the battery temperature adjustment device 43 at the same time. The allowance of the charging current of the battery 41 and the consumption current of the battery temperature adjustment device 43 are specified on the basis of prestored battery characteristic information of the battery 41 and heater characteristic information of the battery temperature adjustment device 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
