In the vehicle speed control device 10, the accelerator opening change amount calculation part 16 calculates the change amount θof the accelerator opening by using a mechanical learning tool in which traveling actual data 17 including the drive force, the vehicle speed and the change amount of the accelerator opening of the vehicle 1 in traveling are mechanically learnt as learning data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
