To improve calibration accuracy of hull speed using a satellite positioning device with a mile post test made unnecessary, when improving measurement accuracy of the hull speed regardless of mounting accuracy of an ultrasonic oscillator.SOLUTION: The present disclosure relates to a hull speed measurement device 2 that comprises: a hull speed measurement unit 21 that measures hull speed in a bow direction on the basis of a Doppler frequency between ultrasonic beams in the bow direction to be trans-received by an ultrasonic oscillator mounted to a ship bottom; a vector decomposition unit 22 that decomposes the hull speed to be measured by a satellite positioning device mounted to a hull to a hull speed in the bow direction and a hull speed in a lateral direction; and a hull speed correction unit 23 that corrects the hull speed in the bow direction measured by the hull speed measurement unit 21 on the basis of the hull speed in the bow direction decomposed by the vector decomposition unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】本開示は、超音波振動子の装備精度に関わらず、船体速度の測定精度を高くするにあたり、マイルポスト試験を不要とするとともに、衛星測位装置を利用して船体速度の校正精度をより高くすることを目的とする。【解決手段】本開示は、船底に装備された超音波振動子が送受信する船首方向の超音波ビーム間のドップラ周波数に基づいて、船首方向の船体速度を測定する船体速度測定部21と、船体に装備された衛星測位装置が測定する船体速度を、船首方向の船体速度と左右方向の船体速度とにベクトル分解するベクトル分解部22と、ベクトル分解部22が分解した船首方向の船体速度に基づいて、船体速度測定部21が測定した船首方向の船体速度を補正する船体速度補正部23と、を備えることを特徴とする船体速度測定装置2である。【選択図】図2
