To achieve down-sizing and simplification of a hybrid vehicle driving device.SOLUTION: A driving device 1 comprises: an engine 2; a first motor 4 having a power generation function; a power division mechanism 6 which divides a driving force, which is outputted from the engine 2, to the first motor 4 side and a drive wheel 8 side; a differential gear 10 which transmits a torque to left and right drive wheels 8; and a second motor 5 which adjusts the torque to a torque which is transmitted to the differential gear 10 from the power division mechanism 6. In this driving device, the power division mechanism 6 has an output element 6S which outputs a torque toward the drive wheel 8, and further comprises a first deceleration part 9 which is connected to the output element 6S, and a second deceleration part 12 which is provided between the first deceleration part 9 and the differential gear 10.
