To provide a wiper driving device capable of suppressing an impact caused when a wiper arm swing direction is reversed.SOLUTION: A wiper driving device 1 comprises a cylinder 6, and a piston 20 that reciprocates between a stop position PX and an inversion position PY within the cylinder 6 by pressure of compressed air. The wiper driving device 1 swings a wiper arm in such a manner as to interlock with the piston 20. The wiper driving device 1 comprises a speed reduction mechanism 40 that reduces a traveling speed of the piston 20 when the piston 20 moves to the stop position PX and the inversion position PY.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
