To make fog generation due to an exhaust gas inconspicuous.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises: an air compressor; a fuel cell to which air is supplied from the air compressor; an exhaust gas passage for discharging an exhaust gas from the fuel cell: a bypass passage communicating with the air compressor and the exhaust gas passage; a bypass passage control valve controlling an amount of supply of air to the bypass passage; an outside air temperature sensor; a speed sensor; and a control unit controlling the fuel cell system. When an outside air is an outside air determination threshold value or lower and a speed of a mobile body is a determination speed or lower, the control unit performs fog suppression processing which controls an amount of drive of the air compressor and opening and closing of the bypass passage control valve and increases a flow rate of bypass air, which is air flowing to the bypass passage. In the flow rate of bypass air in fog suppression processing, a flow rate at a second temperature lower than a first temperature less than or equal to the outside temperature determination threshold value is greater than a flow rate at the first temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
