The object of the present invention is to provide a control method that can more effectively prevent freezing of an air exhaust system by specifying a vehicle condition with a high possibility of freezing and controlling a fuel cell system according to different criteria for each vehicle condition. To this end, the present invention performs air supercharge control according to a coolant temperature and an outside temperature, weight-applied air supercharge control according to the inclination of a vehicle, and forced temperature increase logic using a COD heater.
본 발명에서는 결빙 가능성이 높은 차량 상태를 특정하고, 차량 상태 별로 다른 기준에 따라 연료전지 시스템을 제어함으로써 보다 효과적으로 공기 배기계 결빙을 방지할 수 있는 제어 방법을 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 냉각수 온도 및 외기온에 따른 공기 과급 제어, 차량 경사도에 따른 가중치를 적용한 공기 과급 제어, COD 히터를 이용한 강제 승온 로직을 실시하는 것에 특징이 있다.
