To realize diagnosis and transportation of a user by utilizing a moving entity.SOLUTION: An automatic operation system includes a diagnosis control unit that implements control concerning diagnosis of a request user in a moving entity, a transportation determination unit that determines whether the request user should be transported to a medical institution, and an operation command production unit that produces an operation command so that the request user will be taken on board the moving entity at a first destination that is a place based on information sent from a request user terminal to be used by the request user, and that, after the moving entity has moved to the first destination, if it is determined that the request user should be transported to the medical institution, produces an operation command so that the request user will be transported to the medical institution, which is regarded as a second destination, while being on board the moving entity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
