To measure a position of a suspended load underwater with a high accuracy and a short time even in an environment where a strong stream is generated.SOLUTION: Distance calculation means 100 calculates a distance L1 between a tip of a boom 5 of a crane 3 and a suspended load 9 underwater using a delivery amount of a wire rope 7. Next, first position calculation means 301 calculates a position of the tip of the boom 5 using a navigation signal received by a first receiver 31. Next, second position calculation means 302 calculates a position where the wire rope 7 and a water surface intersect using a navigation signal received by a second receiver 32. Next, suspended position calculation means 200 calculates a position of the suspended load 9 using a distance calculated by the distance calculation means 100, a position calculated by the first position calculation means 301 and a position calculated by the second position calculation means 302.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
